MegaBonk MegaBonk Best Items Tier List

The Ultimate Guide to Every Item. Picks & Banishes.

The MegaBonk meta is wild — some items will carry your run, others will instantly ruin it. Here’s the full tier list, banish guide, and "meta" breakdown for October 2025.

After thousands of runs, community feedback, and breakdowns from various creators, here’s the real item meta: what’s broken, what’s bait, and what you should never touch again.

🏆 S-Tier Items (Best of the Best)

The current kings of MegaBonk. These define almost every winning loadout.

    • Overpowered Lamp Overpowered Lamp — Multiplies on-hit effects (poison, bleed, execute). Core of every meta build.
    • Holy Book Holy Book ▲▲ — This is now very good in the current meta. It can proc other items, creating a very OP build.

    • Echo Shard Echo Shard — XP is bis.

    🚫 D-Tier & Banish List (Avoid These)

    • Campfire Campfire — Fake healing; noob trap overall.
    • Gamer Goggles Gamer Goggles
    • Skuleg Skuleg — Only for gamers.

    • Turbo Skates Turbo Skates — No beuno.

    • Phantom Shroud Phantom Shroud ▼ — It works.

    💡 Why Banish Smart?

Banish management is one of the most underrated mechanics in MegaBonk. By removing weak drops from your pool, you drastically increase your odds of rolling the real goodies. WR runs use this strategy to fine-tune every run — it’s not just luck, it’s probability control.
If you want a bit more consistency, learning which items to skip is just as important as knowing which to pick (kinda sorta).

Here's your banish list as of October, 2025:

    Worth Banishing:

Burger Skuleg Feathers Eagle Claw Quinn’s Mask Cactus Campfire Brass Knuckles Tactical Glasses Demonic Blade Turbo Skates Golden Sneakers

Keeping your loot pool clean is part of the skill ceiling in MegaBonk — the fewer junk items you let in, the higher your chance of stacking real damage. Another thing to note, is that these items may not stay in the banish-zone forever, as one little update/buff can change everything darrastically.

    💬 Final Thoughts

MegaBonk’s meta is still evolving, but the fundamentals remain the same: Attack speed, life steal, and on-hit scaling win runs.
Stack effects like Lamp + Dagger + Cleaver, and you’ll melt. This is ofcourse negated if you're cooking some wild synergistic tech, but that's yet to be fully explored. (ie: armor stacking, gas mask strats, bush size scaling, etc..)

Keep your pool clean, banish the junk, and build around synergies —
that’s how casual runs turn into leaderboard ones. Also a butt-ton of luck.

And remember — banish the Burger. Always.
