    Grandma’s Secret TonicGrandma’s Secret Tonic

    • First tonic gives +2% crit chance (only the first one).
    • 50% chance to explode for 50% crit damage in a 4m radius.
    • Each additional tonic increases radius by +1m.
    • Hard cap at 5 tonics (8m radius). 6+ do nothing.
    • Currently considered overrated — many runs waste slots with extra copies.

    Cursed GrabbiesCursed Grabbies

    • +10% difficulty per stack.
    • Reduces max HP by multiplying it with 0.8 per stack.
    • Listed 5% proc chance actually uses hyperbolic scaling — real chance at 1 stack ≈ 2.94%.
    • Hard theoretical cap at 50% proc chance, but impossible to reach in practice.
    • Damage scales linearly with level + total stacks.
    • Mostly avoided due to anti-synergy with Holy Book.

    Holy BookHoly Book (One of the Strongest Items)

    • Grants +100 max HP, +50 regen and 25% overheal per book.
    • Stores total healing over 1.5s, then explodes for that amount as AoE damage.
    • Radius increases by +1m per book (starting at 5m).
    • Functions like a 5th weapon: can crit, can proc Ice Cube, Bonkhammer, etc.
    • Insanely strong at high regen or “regen spam” builds.

    Overpowered LampOverpowered Lamp

    • Adds +1 extra roll for all on-hit effects.
    • Example: Ice Cube (20%) = normally 1 dice roll → Lamp = 2 dice rolls.
    • Multiple lamps = multiple dice → huge proc spam.
    • Shots can proc the same effect multiple times.
    • Easily one of the strongest scaling items in the entire game.

    Bloody CleaverBloody Cleaver

    • Life steal activates Blood Mark.
    • 50% chance to apply Blood Mark per hit — additive stacking.
    • 2 cleavers = 100% → always apply a stack.
    • 4 cleavers = 200% → apply 2 stacks per hit.
    • Blood Mark detonates after 4–5 seconds or instantly on lethal.
    • Damage scales heavily with level + total stacks.

    Cursed DollCursed Doll

    • Curses enemies for 30% max HP per second.
    • Normal enemies die in 4s — bosses take reduced damage.
    • Boss damage scales mostly with your level.
    • A single doll can curse 2–6 enemies (likely bugged).
    • Each extra doll adds +2 curse slots.
    • Great mob clearer, weaker on bosses.

    KeyKeys & Hyperbolic Scaling

    • Keys also use hyperbolic scaling.
    • Listed 10% chance = actually ~9.1% on the first key.
    • Diminishing returns kick in extremely fast.
    • Same system as Cursed Grabbies.
    • If an item feels like stacking “falls off,” it’s probably hyperbolic.
